Tell us your story
Honestly, I see my journey so far as finally being right where I need to be right now. I didn't plan for it but I'm also more ready than I ever thought I'd be. I'm here with the support of those I hold close to me. In saying that, I value honesty and kindness - gentle patience that I foster with my loved one and with myself. I've always wanted to change the world. What that looks like has evolved over the years but I realise now more than ever that I aspire to support those around me. In my job, I can connect and empower aspiring community leaders, and hearing from them firsthand has shaped my ambition. These connections are what I value and will continue to grow and deepen.
If you could go back in time, what would you tell your younger self?
I would tell my younger self that all my emotions and how I perceive things are valid. I'd tell her that she's gotta be her own biggest cheerleader - even when it's hard and even when she doesn't believe it
What does "living freely" mean to you?
Living freely means being around people who encourage me to speak my mind and who make me feel supported and cared for. It also means being honest with myself and pursuing my dreams - whatever they may be and however they may change
